What we collect

The contact form takes your company name, your name, email, phone (optional) and your message. The price alert takes your email address and the commodity, condition and price you set. We ask for nothing else.

What we use it for

To reply to you, to prepare quotes, to correspond about an order, and to send the alert you asked for. We do not send sales mail you did not ask for.

Where it goes

Forms are sent through Web3Forms, and a copy is kept on a server we run (Google Cloud, Tokyo region) in case the send fails. Both are used only for our own work. We do not sell or pass your details to anyone else, except where the law requires disclosure.

Keeping and deleting

We delete what we hold once we no longer need it. Write to us at the address below to have your details shown, corrected or deleted, and we will act on it promptly.

Cookies and analytics

We count visits with our own small counter: which page was opened, which links to other sites were clicked, for how long, how far it was scrolled, the browser’s time zone and language, and the kind of device. It sets no cookie and does not record your IP address; a visit is a random code that disappears when you close the tab, so it cannot recognise you. We do not run advertising trackers.
