Phú Quốc Pepper / The Essence of the Island

Island sun and coastal breeze,
captured in a single grain.

GI-protected pepper from Phú Quốc Island.
Phú Quốc Island

Phú Quốc — a pristine island in southern Vietnam — is blessed with mineral-rich soil, salty ocean winds and intense tropical sunlight. This unique microclimate slow-matures the pepper berries, packing them with unparalleled aromatic density and a warm, lingering heat. Sourced directly from this strictly protected Geographical Indication (GI) region, we present three distinct culinary profiles: black, white and red.

Three culinary profiles

Bold black, refined white and rare red — curated to elevate every gastronomic creation.

01 — Black

Robust Black Pepper

Intense aroma, powerful classic heat

Sun-dried under the intense island sun, these optimally harvested green berries develop a deeply wrinkled black coat. Highly versatile, with a rustic, pungent aroma and a robust kick — the ultimate standard for meat dishes, marinades and gourmet food processing.
